1. How do I order a full serve tour?

Either call or email your tour provider or if you do not know who is handling your area then go to www.myvisuallistings.com and click on "Pricing/Order tour" menu button and order a tour. You order form will be forwarded to the provider in your area and they will contact you shortly. They will be at locations doing tours but will receive this form via email devise and contact you as soon as they can.

2. How long does it take to get my tour online?

Once the photographer takes the tour images your tour will be up online within 24 hours.

3. How do I log into my MVL control panel to see and manage my tours or create flyers?

You can either go to www.myvisuallistings.com website and click on the "members area" red button top right or bookmark this url - http://members.myvisuallistings.com which is the address for MVL members to log in and enter your username and password. You can manage all your virtual tours here, change music, change listing price, track online traffic, arrange gallery images, create stunning property flyers, burn virtual tour CD's and labels and even create a movie tour and add voice narration to your virtual tours(deluxe tours only).

4. How Do I Use This System?

VIDEO TUTORIALS - as mentioned above we have provided a lot of video tutorials to walk you through our complete system and the many things that are available to you. Go to your control panel and click on the "Video Tutorials" red button at the top of your control panel.

5. I cannot open my virtual tour or the panoramas and photo gallery?

If you are trying to open a Standard virtual tour you must have the latest version of java on your computer to view the panoramas and the gallery images. Go to www.java.com to download newest version.

If you are trying to vies the Deluxe version than you will need the latest Flash software on your computer. Go to www.adobe.com and download the newest version of flash.

6. I cannot log in to my member's area, my password does not work?

Check your email in both your inbox and spam folders as we would have sent you your username (your email address you signed up with) and your generated password. Make sure if you are copying and pasting your password you are NOT copying too many spaces as this is a common mistake. If you are still having difficulties please go to www.myvisuallistings.com and click the "Contact Us" blue button top right and sent us an email and we will reset your password and send you and email with the new one.

7. What tour link do I send to my real estate board?

To find your tour links you must go to your member's control panel we provide you with and 1st click on the "Virtual Tours" red button at top and 2nd click the "View and edit my virtual tours" blue menu button on the left. This is where you can manage all your virtual tours. Select which tour you wish to look at then copy and paste the MLS compliant link we provide you with and either paste this link into the virtual tour field while broker loading the tour or email this link to your local real estate board MLS department.

8. How do I save my gallery images?

There is a button called "download tour images" in your edit virtual tour area in your control panel.

1. How many virtual tours can I create on the self serve membership?

As many as you want! You can create a self serve tour for all your listings if you wish.

2. How long does the virtual tour stay online?

Until the listing is SOLD! We allow our members to keep their tours online until they sell the listing.

3. Do I need a credit card to use the 7 day trial

NO. You can try this self serve membership for free.

4. Is there a contract I have to sign to become a self serve member?

NO. No contract. Unsubscribe anytime you like. You are only charged once you sign up for live membership per month and if you unsubscribe you will only pay for the month you are a member.

5. If I do not like this service or I have no listings can I unsubscribe anytime?

YES, absolutely. You are only charged if you are a member. You can unsubscribe anytime with no penalty and will only be charged for that month you were a paid member.

7. How do I create a self serve tour?

Log into your member's control panel and on the home page click the "click here to start" button under the green Getting Started Now! Icon. Then follow the simple steps. If you have any problems we provide you with a video tutorial. Click the "Video Tutorial" red button top to view any tutorials.

8. How do I learn how to use this entire system?

VIDEO TUTORIALS - as mentioned above we provide our members with a red button at the top of your member's area called "video tutorials". Watch these tutorials to show you how to use the entire system.

9. What tour link do I send to my real estate board?

This is where you can manage all your virtual tours. 10. How do I link these virtual tours to my www.realtor.com listing?

We are a member of picture path in every State in the USA and we provide a link in your control panel that you can easily link your virtual tour directly to your realtor.com msl listing. If you are a "showcase member" then there is no charge. If you are a "non-showcase member" then there is a $25 charge to link your tour.

11. Why does it take so long to upload my own photos to your system?

This is entirely based on you connection speed. Uploading speed unfortunately has not yet been developed as well as download speed or viewing pages on the internet. Uploading image does take a little bit of time but if you have a high speed connection just click upload once you have selected which images you want on your tour and come back in a few minutes and you virtual tour images will be uploaded.
