Do I need to be a member to order a virtual tour and use the MVL platform?

Yes, you must become a MVL member in order to receive a login and password to your exclusive member area where you can manage your listing photos, videos, 360 panoramic scenes and create feature sheets. It is FREE to become a member!

My Agent & Brokerage Profile

How do I change my picture?


To change your profile picture you will need to log into your account, then go to the My Agent Profile menu tab and click the Create Agent Profile(s) button. Here click the Change Picture button and follow the on-screen instructions in order to change your picture.

How do I update my Agent Profile and Brokerage information?


To update your Profile Information you will need to log into your account, then go to the My Agent Profile menu tab and click the Create Agent Profile(s) button and Create Brokerage Profile button. Here you will need to fill out or update the necessary fields regarding the information that you want to be displayed on your tours, flyers, etc.

How do I show 2 agents on my tours?


We allow each member to have a primary agent profile plus a secondary agent profile on each single account. This is if for certain listings that are co-listed with another agent or partner. This agent MUST be from the same brokerage and cannot be changed to another agent. To have both agents appear on your tours you will need to log into your account and go the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab, select a tour and click on GO. Now locate the Show Agents section and check the option to have 2 agents shown on the tour.

How do I change Brokerages on my tours?


To change the Brokerage that is displayed on your tours, you will need to log into your account, then go to the My Agent Profile menu tab and click on Create Brokerage Profile. Here you can edit the fields regarding your brokerage information. We already have hundreds of brokerage logos in our system you can select from a drop down menu but if yours does not appear yet, please contact us or your virtual tour provider to get yours into our system.

How do I change my password?


To change your password you will need to log into your account, go to the My Agent Profile menu tab and click on the Change Password button. Fill out the fields and then make sure to click the Save Password button.

How do I order a Custom or Semi-Custom Banner?


We now provide all our members Semi-custom and custom branding. We provide agent branding logos and branded banners to use on your virtual tours, your feature sheets and all your own marketing.

This is a ONE TIME FEE ONLY!

Once your branding banner is designed we send you all the files that you own and put the banner into our system to display on your MVL marketing.

How do I set-up my free MVL webpage to host all my tours?


Log into your account and go to the My Agent Profile menu tab and then click on the "Setup yours now" button in the "FREE Virtual Tour Listing Website!" panel.

You can name the domain for your website, pick the order in which your tours will be displayed and also choose the color scheme for your website.

Please note that the order of the tours and color scheme for your website can be edited at any time after the website has been set up.

To have the domain name changed you will need file in a request with the new URL that you want to use and we will change it for you.

How do I get a custom banner on this page?


Simply log into your member account and click on Feature Agent Pro tab and then the Feature sheet Branding tab to order.

How do I change the price of a property?


To change the price of a property you will need to log into your account, go to the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab, select the tour from the drop-down menu and click on GO.

Scroll down on this page and locate the Property Details panel and click the "click here" button.

Here you can update the price field and other information as necessary and when you are done editing make sure to save.

How do I suspend a tour?


To suspend a tour you need to log into your account, click the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab and then select a tour from the drop-down menu and click GO.

The first panel is a strip which contains 4 status options which you can check. Checking the SUSPEND option will make all the links for the tour inaccessible but will allow you to keep the tour in your account in the event you might want to activate it later.

How do I arrange my Gallery images?


To arrange the gallery images you need to log into your account, click the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab and then select a tour from the drop-down menu and click GO.

Scroll down to the Manage Your Virtual Tour Photo Gallery panel and click on the "click here" button next to the Delete/Arrange Gallery Images heading.

This page allows you to arrange images with a drag and drop method or delete images.

How do I arrange and manage my Video Walk-Through?


Log into your MVL account, click the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab and then select a tour from the drop-down menu and click GO.

Scroll down to the Manage Your Virtual Tour Video Walk-Through. On this page you can arrange your images, delete images plus you can even set how the images zoom in and out.

How do I send images to my local MLS?


Log into your account, go to the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab and then select a tour from the drop-down menu and click on GO.

Scroll down to the MLS panel and click either of the two options: Add photos to your MLS listing or Link Virtual Tour to your MLS Listing.

From here you can follow the onscreen instructions to either download photos as an archived zip file or directly link them to your MLS listing.

How do I download High Res Photos?


To download the High Res Photos for a tour you need to log into your account, click on the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab and then select a tour from the drop-down menu and click on GO.

Scroll down the page and locate the Download High-Res Photos panel and click on the "click here" button.

This will bring up a pop up window that will allow you to download an archive of all the high-res photos that were initially uploaded by the photographer.

Please be aware that the High Res photos archive is available for a month after the tour has been processed.

How long is the Virtual Tour active?


For Sale tours are active for 3 years. Once this period ends, you will be notified by e-mail that your tour will be removed from the system. However it is up to you to mark your MVL tours as SOLD so they can be removed or you may be in violation from your local real estate board regarding the privacy act.

What happens to a tour when it is marked SOLD?

After the Virtual Tour status is changed to "SOLD", all the links associated with the Virtual Tour will remain active for the next 3 months. However, when opening up the Virtual Tour, a red "Sold" sign will appear on the tour.

When the 3 months' time frame expires, all the links associated with the Virtual Tour will be disabled.

How do I delete a tour?


To delete a tour you need to log into your account, click on the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab, select a tour from the drop-down menu and click on GO.

The first panel is a strip which contains 4 status options which you can check. Checking the DELETE option will remove the tour from our system

How can I change or turn off music on tour?


To change the music on a tour you will need to log into your account and click on the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab, select a tour from the drop-down menu and click on GO.

Scroll down the page and locate the TOUR's Background Music panel.

You can select a music track from the drop-down menu or simply disable the music on the tour.

Do you have Branded and Non-Branded tours?


After the Virtual Tour is processed, MyVisualListings generates both Branded and Non-Branded tour

Links that you will receive in the tour ready e-mail. You will also have the links available in your member's area.

Can I add some of my own photos to the tours?


Yes, To add photos to a tour you need to log into your account, click on the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab, select a tour from the drop-down menu and click on GO.

Scroll down to the Manage Your Virtual Tour Photo Gallery panel and click on the "click here" next to the Add New Gallery Images heading.

Please note that you will also have to add images to the video walk-through as well as these are separate features.

What different tour designs you have?


Depending on the Virtual Tour package that you need we offer different designs?

You will see that we offer Deluxe and Premium packages that have different features you can use.

The Premium design offers a wide full-screen view, you can see amenities for each property and street view, so you can check the neighborhood. Also, the premium design allows adding Floor Plans and Videos on the Virtual Tour.

How do I change property details on my tours?


To change the property details on your tours you need to log into your account, select a tour from the drop-down menu and click on GO.

Scroll down on this page and locate the Property Details panel and click the "click here" button.

Here you can update all the fields regarding property details and then click on save to update your tour with the new details.

Can I add an Open House to my tour?


Yes, to add an Open House on a tour, log into your account and go to the "Manage Virtual Tours" menu tab and then select a tour from the drop down menu and click on GO

Click on "Add Open House Date to Tour", select the date and time for the Open House and then click on the "Create Open House" button to complete the event.

How do I set-up auto-send tour traffic reports to my client?


To set-up auto-send tour traffic reports you need to log into your account, go to the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab, select a tour from the drop-down menu and click on GO.

Scroll down the page and click on the green button that reads Traffic Tracker View, Print & Send.

Click on the big blue button that reads SET UP AUTO-SEND TO YOUR CLIENT, select the tour from the drop-down menu and click on Select Tour.

You can add up to two email addresses to which you can send the Traffic Report automatically every week.

Can I stop sending the Traffic Reports?


Yes, you can stop the Traffic Reports under the "Traffic Tracker View, Print & Send" menu.

Click on "Set up auto-send to your client!" and select the tour you want. On the bottom-left side of the page you will see a STOP AUTOSEND sign. Simply click there and the reports for that tour will stop being sent weekly.

How do I create a feature sheet and use this software?

No, we provide you with PDF print ready files for you to print from home or at your local print house.

How do I get a Semi-custom or Custom banner to appear on my feature sheets?


You can easily order a banner by logging into your member area and click on Feature Sheet Branding tab inside your feature sheet software.

Will my banner go on my feature sheets?


Yes, as soon as you're ordered has been approved by you your banner will appear on all your feature sheets, tours and your virtual tour free webpage.

How long does it take before my banner is ready?


Your banner order is processed usually within 72 hours from the time your order is placed.

Will someone call me once I place the order?


Yes, your dedicated Design Manager will contact you shortly after we receive your order.

Do I receive all the files to download?


Yes, when the design is completed and the banner is active in your account you will be able to download all files to use in all your marketing.

Can you design a personal logo for me?


Yes, we have a complete professional graphic design team that can design a beautiful agent branded logo for you and you will receive 3 different logo designs to choose from.

Can I add awards to my banner?


Yes, you certainly can add awards to your banner.

I already have my own banner, can I use it on my tours and Feature Sheets?


No, we have the feature sheet software, tours and free virtual tour websites all programmed to show our banners correctly on these platforms and this is why we need to have it all done by us and formatted correctly.

We certainly can take a look at your existing banner and duplicate it to be compatible with our platform.

How do I post my tours on YouTube?


To post a tour on YouTube you need to log into your account, go to the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab, select a tour from the drop-down menu and click on GO.

Scroll down to the YouTube Video Property Information panel, make sure to fill out all the necessary fields and click on Save and Generate Video.

How do I post my tours on Twitter?


To post tours to your Twitter account, log into your MVL account and click on the "Social Media Auto-Posting" tab.

Locate the Twitter tab, click on the blue tab where it says "Click Here" and then on the green button that reads "Login to Twitter".

Type in your account credentials and click on the blue "authorize app" button once you are done. You will get a confirmation page that lets you know that the twitter account has been successfully set.

To have all of your future tours posted to twitter make sure that the auto-posting checkbox is ticked. You can also post any existing tour on to twitter by simply going to your manage tours area.

Once the account is set up you can select one of the options available. You can either have all your Virtual Tours posted on your Twitter account, or you can post only the Virtual Tours you want from the "Manage Virtual Tours" menu tab.

Please note that if your password has been changed, you will have to remove the account from "Social Media Auto-Posting" area and add the account again with the new password.

How do I post my tours on Facebook?


To post tours to Facebook log into your MVL account and click on the "Social Media Auto-Posting" menu tab.

Locate the "Facebook" tab click on the blue tab where it says "Click Here" and click on the green button that reads "Login Facebook".

You will be redirected to a Facebook Log in page. Please enter your account credentials and click on the Log In button once you are done.

Once you sign in the MVL Auto-Posting app will ask you for permissions so that it can post to your Facebook page.

If you want your posts to be seen by everyone then make sure that posts are set to public.

After finishing the setup you will be redirected to the Control Panel page where you can see that the Facebook account has been successfully set.

If you have a Facebook Business Page, you will see a drop-down where you will be able to select on which page you want the tours to be posted: Personal Timeline or Name of Business page. Simply select the page you want and click on Save. IF you do not have a Business page linked to the account you have have set-up, the drop-down will not show up.

To have all of your future tours posted to Facebook make sure that the auto-posting checkbox is ticked. You can also post any existing tour on to Facebook by simply going to your Manage Virtual Tours menu tab.

Please note that if your Facebook password has been changed, you will have to remove the account from "Social Media Auto-Posting" area and add the account again with the new password.

How do I embed the tour videos on my site?


Log into your MVL account, go to the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab, select a tour from the drop-down menu and click on GO. Scroll down to the Share Your YouTube Video panel. Copy the iframe code given and paste it into the html of your web page.

Can I share my tour video?


Log into your MVL account, go to the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab, select a tour from the drop-down menu and click on GO. Scroll down to the Share Your YouTube Video panel. You can either copy the Video link with the provided button or simply go and watch it on YouTube and use the sharing buttons provided form the video.

Can I show my banner on my video?


Yes, if you have a banner created then it will be displayed at the beginning of the video.

How do I make changes to my video?


Log into your MVL account, click the Manage Virtual Tours menu tab and then select a tour from the drop-down menu and click GO.

Scroll down to the Manage Your Virtual Tour Video Walk-Through panel and click on the "click here" button next to the Arrange or remove Video Walk-Through Image heading.

After you finish editing and saving the Video Walkthrough simply go back and scroll down the page and save and generate the YouTube video.

How do I remove my YouTube videos?


You will need to either mark your virtual tour SOLD, SUSPEND or DELETE the virtual tour and then the YouTube video will be removed automatically.

Marketing Center

How do I create CD's and CD labels?


Log into your MVL account, go to the Marketing Center menu tab and click on Virtual Tour CD's & CD Labels. Select the tour and click on Download Virtual Tour to burn onto a CD. This will download an archive of the tour which you can later extract and burn directly onto a CD or if you prefer you can also copy it onto a USB flash drive. Also on this same page you have the Download CD Label button.

How do I create Just Listed and Just Sold Cards?


Log into your MVL account, go to the Marketing Center menu tab and click on Just Listed & Just Sold Marketing CARDS.

Click on Create New Just Listed/Just Sold Cards and follow the on-screen step by step instructions to create your Cards.

Can I display my tours on my personal website?


Log into your MVL account, go to the Marketing Center menu tab and click on Virtual Tour Sharing Software.

Here you will be presented with a page, where you can customize the way your listings appears on your website. The first button allows you to change the color scheme for your virtual tour listings.

The second button allows you to order your sold or active listings.

The third button gives you the opportunity to share listings with other agents that have this option enabled on their feed. Once you finished customizing your page you can the implement the virtual tour listings feed on your website. Simply copy the embedded code or email it to the person that handles your website development so they can embed this for you.

Can I create my own Virtual Tour Sign Riders?


Yes, Log into your MVL account, go to the Marketing Center menu tab and click on Virtual Tour Sign Riders. Here you can download sign riders you want that will direct people to view your virtual tours.

How do I order a Property Address website?


Log into your MVL account and click on the Property Address Websites menu tab. Click on Order Property Address Website now!

After selecting a virtual tour from the drop down menu you will be taken through a series of steps. On step 1 you can search to make sure the domain name you select is available. We recommend using the property address.

On step 2 select the available design and the color scheme for your website. We offer sample previews so that you can see how the website will look like when the order has been processed.

Step 3 will present you with a page where you can review and edit previous steps and also fill out any information that you might have missed such as agent profile, brokerage profile, property description and property features.

Take your time to carefully review and fill out these fields.

Once done, scroll down and select 3 images from the gallery that will be used on the website as a small slideshow for the entire gallery.

On step 4 click the payment button to finish your order.

You will be taken to a page where you will need to fill out the necessary fields for your method of payment.

Carefully type your information and when finished click the submit button. As soon as the domain is ready, you will receive an email stating that the website is ready.

How do I remove a Property Address Website?


Log into your MVL account and go to the property address websites tab and click on View/Update my Property Address Website.

Here you can View, Edit or Renew a domain. To remove it, just click on the Delete Domain button and confirm the action.

Can I edit the way a Property Address Website looks?


Yes, log into your MVL account and go to the property address websites tab, click on Edit/Change my Property Address Website and select the domain you wish to edit.

Can I change the domain name?


No, unfortunately once ordered you cannot change the name. The domain is bought externally, so we cannot make any changes to it.
